Adds 1 year Warranty and Support to your Syncrolight Controller.
- Controller must be in a fully working order when the extended warranty is taken out.
- Warranty applies to a single controller only. We will email and ask for the controller serial number after purchase.
- Includes full email support relating to the controller and its operation.
- Warranty can be taken out on any of our current range of Syncrolight controllers, that have been purchased from us within the last 4 years.
- Warranty can be taken out on controllers purchased through our pre-owned section, providing they are fully working when the extended warranty is purchased.
In the event of a claim:
- Contact us for instructions.
- If any issue cannot be resolved via email/phone, the controller may need to be returned to us for investigation or repair.
- Claims exclude any postage costs for returning the controller to us, but the controller will be returned free of charge.
- In the unlikely event that a controller be deemed beyond economic repair, you will be offered a new controller at a reduced priced (reduced by at least the price you paid for the extended warranty).
