Syncrolight Controller Repair Service. All our controllers are designed to give many years' service, but should your controller develop a fault we can investigate the issue and repair it. If your controller is with in warranty, please contact us directly for a free repair or replacement. If your controller is outside of warranty, we can repair them for a small cost. Simply purchase this repair service and send us the controller. The cost covers the repair, parts and the return UK postage for a single controller. We will repair up to 2 faults per controller. If additional faults are found we will contact you to discuss options. If a repair is not possible we will either issue a full refund for the repair service or offer a discount off a replacement controller. We can only repair Syncrolight Controllers. The models we can repair are:

• DC08 - 8 Channel DC Controller - All Versions ( including Plug and Play Versions)
• AC08 - 8 Channel AC Controller
• DC24 - 24 Channel DC Controller
• SP10B - Show Player
• Ethernet Controller
• Show Selector

Please note that the controller must be dry and corrosion free. Any water or moisture damaged controllers are unlikely to be repairable. We can only repair the main controller PCB. We are unable to repair power supplies, lights or convertor leads. For customers outside of the UK, additional return postage costs will be required. One Repair Service must be purchased per controller sent to us for repair. Once you have purchased the repair service, please post your controller to Syncrolight, 28 Frere Ave, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 5AP. Please ensure you include your full name and return address. Please note that only return postage is included in the price, you must pay the initial postage costs for sending the controller to us. Most repairs can be undertaken within 5 days of receipt of the controller.
